I am trying to make a comparison of lighting abilities of
flashlights. One claims 30,000 B.P. candlepower at 10 ft. One other
claims an output of 70 Lumens, another claims 15,000 candlepower. I
am told that the level of light can be measured in Candela, but a
document I have mentions 50-100 Lux as a good amount of light in a
corridor. I am getting progressively more confused as I look more
into this. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
