I know of no reason why the types of bread you mentioned would foster mold
growth differently. Of course, the way to find out would be to do the
experiment. Swab ALL types of bread (four corners and middle is great) and
see what happens! Also, set up another set that is moistened but not
swabbed. After 1-2 weeks compare the two sets as well as the different
