If multiple small lasers flash heat water to steam and that pressure is
shunted and held in a pressure tank could not a long stroke steam engine be
used to power a car? With a small horse power co-generation ICE/generator
supplying the electrical power? And pre-heat the water or heat the
steam pressure tank with the ICE- exhaust gases.
