Hi - I am looking for a method that will enable me to measure the gas 
produced by molded food, which I am using in my science project. If I seal 
the food and measure the gases that way, I think it might affect the growth 
of the mold. Is there another way I can let the mold have access to air, and 
still measure the gases produced by the mold?
