my protein sample eluted from the DNA sepharose on ATP gradient contain 10mM 
atp and i couldnot take the absorbance 280 value of the fractions .eventhough 
the protein quantity is less ,i am getting  very high values at 280nm . is it 
because of the ATP interference?
kindly let me know the reason if you know why
