I have been trying to search the internet on this topic and can not find any 
information regarding how long leaded gasoline will last. As in if I purchased 
leaded gasoline back when they last sold it in the 1970's and stored it in a 
tank. My first intuition is that after 30 years the gasoline would have 
separated into a sludge and liquid but I'm not sure. As for why I'm asking 
this....I'm curious since we've been studying oil refiners.
