Subject: What are some accurate labratory techniques obtaining normal skin flora?

  I am a junior at Mt. Ararat High.  I am conducting experiments
that are trying to prove the harms of using antibacterial soap
on a regular basis at home, work, school ect.  I would like to
be as accurate as possible, but I haven't been able to find a 
method of getting the actual bacteria off the hand and into some 
broth to use for the rest of the experiment.  Hopefully you will
