The use of DNA analysis to track the movement of ancient peoples is
tremendously exciting and I am
particularly interested in the origins of the various American Indian
peoples. I have become aware
that there are (current knowledge) 5 mtDNA haplotypes (A-D and X) present
in the Americas. I would
like to relate these haplotypes to specific tribes/nations. I would have
asked about A-D too, but there
wasn't enough room.
