My friend and I are doing a science project where we want to test the 
bacteria levels around our high school.  For example the bacteria level on 
the water fountain, hand rails, walls, lockers, bathrooms, etc.  We wanted 
to take swabs from certain areas and then culture them.  Will this work?  
How exactly do you take swabs of bacteria and culture bacteria?
