A piece of bread contains 70 Calories. But how much of this is actually
absorbed by the body. If it was 100%, dung beetles would starve to death.
Since there are dung beetles, we can conclude < 100% of the calories in
bread is absorbed.
Also are there different efficiency for bread, apples and pure sugar?
