Subject: Why do diet coke cans float and regular coke cans sink?

This summer we had cans of coke and diet coke in a cooler.  At the end of the 
day there was a lot of water in the cooler.  All the diet coke cans were 
floating and the regular coke sat on the bottom of the cooler.  Why?
