Chocolate is one of the staple foods of modern life. It's only drawback is its tendency to melt in the summer sun, car glove compartments, on fingers, smeared around mouths, etc., etc... Several years ago, I heard about a chocolate specially developed to withstand temperatures that leave other chocolates as dribbling puddles of goo. Does such a chocolate exist, how is it made, is it commercially available, and, most importantly, how does it taste?
