Foods that have a lot of water in them, like fruits, vegetables, and meat, 
conduct electricity the best. It is harder to get dry foods or foods that 
are high in fat, such as butter or milk chocolate, to conduct electricity. 
As a matter of fact, some foods would make good insulators because it is so 
hard to make electricity go through them. Puffed wheat would be a perfect 
example.
