Considering all elements, compounds, and molecular substances, what are 
the "top five" in specific heat capacity, that is, what substances hold the 
greatest amount of heat in comparison to water (as the benchmark number "1") 
and release that heat the slowest?  The question relates to the best insulating 
material known to mankind, in consideraton of heat only and no other properties.
