Bloodworms are actually insects - they are the larval form of a midge (known to scientists as Chironomids), which is a type of fly. They are commonly called bloodworms because they contain hemoglobin and are red in colour. They aren't parasitic, and don't suck blood.
Leeches are worms, they belong to the group of worms scientists call annelids, or segmented worms. Some leeches are parasitic (they suck blood from a host), while others are predators (they consume their prey whole). Quite different from bloodworms.
