I have a DNA extraction protocol that uses ammonium acetate 7.5M. I was told 
that instead I could use the same amount of sodium acetate at the same 
concentration. I found it very hard to make a solution 7.5M of sodium acetate. 
I check several different protocols and they all use a 3M solution. I would 
like to know at what concentration and the amount of sodium acetate I should 
use instead of ammonium acetate 7.5M
