I have a DNA extraction protocol that uses ammonium acetate 7.5M. I was told
that instead I could use the same amount of sodium acetate at the same
concentration. I found it very hard to make a solution 7.5M of sodium acetate.
I check several different protocols and they all use a 3M solution. I would
like to know at what concentration and the amount of sodium acetate I should
use instead of ammonium acetate 7.5M
