Hi! My name is Erika,
I was wondering if you can help me find out if there are some fruits that dont 
oxidized. I am asking this because i like to help my mom cook but when i cut 
fruits for ingredients all of them turn brown. So i am asking if you can help 
me find out if there are any fruits that dont oxidized.
