I would like to know what type of thermometer I should use to 
record water temperature?  Also I would need to know the 
scientific terms to use when writing my report.  My hypothesis 
is:  I think it mix faster in hot water, because the water 
molecules will be heated plus it will move faster.  What do you 
think?
