If I had 4 hollow metal spheres and I ran a wire from the inside of one to
the outside of another and from the inside of that one to the out side of
the next and connected all 4 in series (full circle). Now if I put a 100kv
electrostatic charge on the inside of the first would the charge move
outside to inside to outside to inside? Dynamic static ?
