Subject: How could I make powder into a solid pill form?

hi my name is Frank and I hope you can answear this
question. i was wondering for a sclool project how
could I make powder into a solid pill form? Such as, I
guess what they do with tylenol, and other pills like
that. I tryed using glue but it didn't work because
the powder was covered in glue and the orgigonal
powder could no longer be used. The powder that I'm
trying to work with is called lightning gel or slush
powder and what It does is truns liquid into a solid
very fast and my experiment is to keep the effect but
make it less messy (in a solid form not powder). So If
you can help me in what I need I would be very
greatful. Thanks.
